Dr. Jonni Redick is a nationally recognized keynote speaker, author, CEO, and co-founder of the nonprofit LeadershipHub Training Institute (LTI). She is also a retired Assistant Chief of the California Highway Patrol, where she served a distinguished 29-year career in one of the nation’s largest law enforcement agencies. Rising from a county clerical worker to executive leadership within a department of more than 7,500 sworn officers and 11,000 employees, she broke barriers while leading with authenticity, resilience, and purpose.
